Mariam Boyd Pre-K students were in for quite a treat last week as they visited the school to pick up reading materials. The Pre-K team joined together to supply students with new books as part of their distance learning plan. As students came to the school to pick up their books, they were greeted by none other than Pete the Cat, a popular character in children’s literature.
Books were distributed to Pre-K students in a drive through process and Mariam Boyd students were welcomed by their teachers and special guest, Pete the Cat. Students enjoyed the opportunity to see a favorite character and connect with their beloved teachers!
Mariam Boyd thanks the Pre-K team for their unwavering dedication to providing their students with rich and engaging learning experiences even in light of the current pandemic.
