Warren County Schools is now accepting applications for Pre-K and Kindergarten for the 2020- 2021 school year. To register, parents may pick up an application packet from the school in the attendance zone of their residence. Applications will be accepted April 28th through May 12th from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Completed applications can be returned to the school or the Central Office. To be considered for 2020-2021 Warren County Pre-K programs, a child must be 4 years old on or before August 31, 2020.
For Kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old on or before August 31, 2020. If you have additional questions please contact Ms. Monica Click at 252-257-3184.
Food Lion Gift Card Giveaway at Warren Co.High School on Thurs. April 30. Gift cards are limited to one per car. This is done in conjunction with our breakfast/lunch meal pickup. Please note that all meal distribution sites will be closed on Friday, May 1st. Check out the flyer.
The Warren County Board of Education will hold a virtual Work Session/Business Meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. The public can access the meeting via a link on the school district website, warrenk12nc.org, under the Live Feed section. This link will also be posted on social media.

Ms. Aguilar at Northside K-8 conducted a Google Slides training yesterday. 42 staff members at Northside K-8 and Warren County Middle School participated. Teachers and staff are working hard to adjust to a new way of teaching our students.
The staff at WNTHS participated in a virtual PD with their New Tech Network coach today to discuss how we can prepare our agendas to engage our students in virtual learning.

Food Lion will partner for the second time with Warren County Schools for a gift card giveaway. On April 30, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., $20 Food Lion gift cards will be given out at Warren County High School.
The gift cards will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis when parents pick up student meals. There will be a limit of one gift card per vehicle. Parents are asked to remain in their cars when picking up meals and gift cards.
