Looking for something fun for your kids to do while you have a night out? Youth ages 5-12 will enjoy organized games, crafts, movie, and more at the Senior Center. Pizza and drinks will be provided. Space is limited, so register now! (Registration deadline is October 14)

*Tomorrow is the last day for the fundraiser.
*Chromebook fee of $20 is due tomorrow.
*October is Breast Cancer Awareness. Students can purchase links for 50 cents to donate to the American Cancer Society.
*We will have a lock down drill one day this week.
*Do not bring glass bottles or containers to school.
*Only call where there needs to be a change in transportation.
Warren County Schools will be closed tomorrow (Friday, September 30th) due to the threat of inclement weather. Please be safe.
Weekly Announcements:
*Parents should not get on the buses for safety reasons. If you have an issue, please speak to the driver or contact the school.
*Chromebook fees are due October 3rd. You can pay online or send the $20 to the school.
*Fundraiser ends October 3rd. This is the last week to get those final sales.
*Return Covid testing consent forms to the school. The Armory has rapid and PCR Covid testing if needed.
*Picture Day has been postponed. We will notify you when we reschedule the date.
*As always, thanks for getting your child to school on time and letting them stay all day. We have completed our beginning of year diagnostics and will be working on our interventions starting this week.
This is a reminder that tomorrow is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 pm. Boys and Girls Club is cancelled tomorrow also. Please make sure someone is home to receive students off the bus.

Greetings Eagle Family! Tomorrow, August 29th is the day we welcome our K-5 Eagles back to the nest. The doors open for students at 7:35 with breakfast. School will start promptly at 8:00. We are looking forward to an exciting year full of students being empowered to be innovative. Let's have open communication between students, parents, and teachers. Thanks to all you attended Open House. Students received book bags from the district. Put students names on them. Student handbooks are on the district website. Review it with your child. Summer shouldn't be a break from learning. For 250 of our students, it was an opportunity to LEARN MORE, DO MORE, AND EXPLORE MORE. Field trips to the Poe Center, NCCU, and Shaw. Hands-on activities. Learning and having fun. We loved spending the summer with you! #WarrenProud
Warren County Campers! Don't forget Summer Bridge Camp begins Monday, July 11, 2022 for all registered campers. Transportation, breakfast, and lunch will be provided. Monday - Wednesdays from 8:00-2:00 pm and Thursdays from 8:00-1:00 pm. There is no camp on Fridays. Looking forward to seeing you there for three weeks of fun, excitement, and learning at Mariam Boyd Elementary!!
