*October is Bullying Prevention Month. Parents please talk to your child about name calling, making fun of others, intimidating, or trying to physically hurt someone. It is ok to stand up for what is right. Wednesday, October 19th is Unity Day. We ask everyone to wear something the color orange to denote we stand in unity against bullying.
*This is also Cancer Awareness Month. Students can continue to purchase links for 50 cents to donate to Kids with Lids, a program to raise money for kids with cancer. On Friday we ask students to support the program by bringing $1 and wear a hat of their choice.
*We have several classes that must continue with the mask mandate for this week. You will receive notification if your class is one of them.
*The nine weeks will end at the end of this month. Parents encourage your child that it is not too late to improve their grades. Benchmark assessments will also occur at the end of the month.
