Families arrived as soon as our doors opened for tonight's WCMS 2026 third-quarter Parent Teacher Conference! We were delighted to have so many of our Warrior scholars bring their families to support this academic opportunity.

It takes a village, and the Warren County community supports our efforts to drive student success! Principal Dunbar greeted our visitors and made her rounds to classrooms for meet-and-greet opportunities. Directional signage was placed throughout the building to help families navigate their arrival to classrooms. Teachers displayed student work as well as computer-aided data to demonstrate student progress. We look forward to entering the final grading term and closing the school year with great results!

THE WCMS PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE WAS A SUCCESS!
Parents, Guardians and students showed up to WCMS in record numbers for Day 1 of the third-quarter Parent Teacher Conference. Teachers distributed report cards, discussed student progress, and provided access to their classrooms from 1:30pm - 7:00pm. Our Superintendent, Dr. Montague-Davis, graced us with her presence and saw one of her former students!
Doors will open again tomorrow, March 20th, from 8:00am - 12:00noon for a second opportunity to pick up report cards. Thank you to our families who showed up in support of their scholars. Kudos to the WCMS staff for supporting our school and connecting with our Warrior family!

During his visit, Superintendent Green met with district and school leaders, toured classrooms, and saw firsthand the engaging teaching and learning taking place at Warren County Middle School. A group of student leaders were also selected to accompany our guests throughout the school, proudly showcasing their classrooms and sharing their experiences.
The visit highlighted the incredible work our educators and students are doing each day, as well as the district’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for all students.
We appreciate Superintendent Green taking the time to visit Warren County Schools and recognize the dedication of our staff and the bright potential of our students.

The Lady Warriors and Warriors played with courage and great determination in the conference tournament championship games last night. While we did not win the tournament titles, our kids definitely displayed the Heart of a Warrior. There is still so much of which to be proud.
In what was supposed to be a rebuilding year after so many of last year's championship team moved on to the high school, our Lady Warriors managed to finish the regular season in second place in the conference. They finished first runner-up in the tournament.
Our Warriors had many obstacles to overcome throughout this basketball season. Despite the hurdles, they had an outstanding year coming in first place in the conference in the regular season and first runner-up in the tournament.
The WCMS Cheer squad was with us every step of the way cheering their hearts out, win or lose. They were definitely the most energetic and vocal squad in the conference this year.
The WCMS Athletics Department is grateful to our student-athletes and coaches for their hard work and perseverance throughout the season. We are also extremely appreciative of all the support from parents/guardians, WCS Family, and friends of the program.
