Honor Roll Breakfast with the Principal Held to Recognize Outstanding Students
The hard work of students must be recognized and appreciated. Dr. Dennis Carrington made that happen on December 1, 2021 by providing them a special breakfast in their honor. The breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, potatoes, and breakfast juices. The event felt very formal with nice relaxing music and students were relaxed while celebrating in a beautifully decorated room.
During this breakfast celebration, students were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements during the second term. In order to be invited to the breakfast, students had to have only A’s and/or B’s on their second term report card.
Students were excited and proud of themselves for their accomplishments by the expression on their faces. These students represent the best, and the staff is proud of them and happy to give back to them for working so hard.
Keep up the excellent work students! This is the start to a life time of joyous memories behind your many more successes.
Warren County Middle School family received a nice surprise on the last day before going home for Thanksgiving break. Dr. Dennis Carrington, Principal, and Lianndra Davis, Assistant Principal, made visits to everyone’s door to give them a tasty surprise. Nothing hit the spot better than a nice cup of hot apple cider and nothing can beat choosing among different varieties of delicious donuts. The administration knows the staff work hard and they always are thinking of “moral boosters” that come to a surprise to the staff. The staff works hard to foster to the needs of the students, but to receive tokens of appreciation certainly make the day much brighter.
Congratulations to WCMS Term 2 Principal's List and Honor Roll students. Great job!
Picture Taking Day Coming Soon
Warren County Middle School set up an appreciation station. Sometimes we just need a little reminder that we are appreciated and someone sees greatness in something we are doing. This bulletin board is surely a recipe that will cause a smile.

This week is Mental Health Matters at Warren County Middle School. Dr. Dennis Carrington spoiled the staff this week by providing a conducive atmosphere that relieved stress and boosted the mood. He provided delicious hot cider, delicious apple pies, smooth jazz music, and a place to go in the building that was design to remind staff of a luxury hotel lobby area. Thank you to our former school counselor, Colleen Neuer, for creating the “calming room” at our school.
Dr. Carrington put the calming room to great use this week and the staff is feeling really good and relaxed which in turn makes the staff more productive, energized, and happy to be a part of Warren County Middle School.
Thank you Dr. Carrington for realizing the importance and taking the initiative to ensure that your staff take a moment to breathe and refresh.
