As you know, make-ups for state-mandated EOC tests originally administered last month begin tomorrow in English 2 and continue on Thursday with Math 3 and Friday with biology. Students should arrive on campus no later than 8:00 am and all social distancing protocols will be adhered to. Best wishes to our Knights testing this week!
As you know, school is not in session this Monday as we reflect on the legacy of Dr. King. Our virtual classes resume Tuesday, January 19.

At the mid-point of each school year, we are pleased to recognize members of the Principal’s List and Honor Roll for the fall semester, which we did yesterday, but also those who earned these cardinal distinctions for the third six-week grading period, as noted here. Kudos to the standout Knights!
Please know that student report cards for New Tech’s first semester and third six-week grading period were mailed yesterday via the U.S. Postal Service and should be arriving at your home in short order. Have a good afternoon!

Wednesday, Jan. 20, is dedicated to English 2; Thursday, Jan. 21 is slated for Math 3; and Friday, Jan. 22 is devoted to biology. Please be reminded that you need to bring your school-issued Chromebook to access the exam and arrive on campus no later than 8:00 a.m. All social distancing protocols, including masks, will be followed. Wishing all our New Tech families a wonderful holiday season as our first semester concludes this Friday, December 18. Second semester classes will commence virtually for students on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, following a mandatory workday for teachers on that Monday the 4th.
Elizabeth City University is sponsoring a Drive-up COVID -19 Testing Clinic on Saturday, December 19th. The event will be held at the Warren County Recreation Complex. Check out the flyer for additional information.
