
[DELAYED START ALERT] Warren County Schools on a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, due to the threat of lingering ice on some secondary roads.


SCHOOL CLOSURE ALERT:
Schools are closed for students on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, because remaining areas of ice still pose hazardous conditions on secondary roads and around our schools. Tomorrow is an optional workday for staff, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
The Board of Education Meeting will be held as scheduled at 6 p.m. at Warren County Middle School.
Please use extreme caution while driving to and walking around our campuses if you choose to report to work tomorrow or attend the board meeting.

We will now dismiss students 2 hours early, at 1:15 p.m. This earlier release should allow all students and staff ample time to get home safely before road conditions deteriorate. All after-school activities are also canceled. Students will get lunch before dismissal.

Tonight, we had the Science Fair Parent Workshop. Here is a link to the Powerpoint file that was used. It will allow you to click on the links of websites that can be used for ideas at the end. Thrillshare does not allow us to post a video or the actual PPT file itself. If you want to get that, you can get it through your child's ClassDojo. The Powerpoint file as well as the video file has already been uploaded there. Don't forget that the Science Fair Information Packet from the district will be coming home tomorrow. As always,

Don't forget - Family Reading Night is this Thursday night from 6:00-7:30pm. Come out and read with your child (ren)! Show them how important reading is by reading with them. Then watch them take an AR test so you can see what their comprehension is really like. Every student that particpates receives a free book. Students must be accompanied by a an adult.
